Messaging program details

How users opt in: An authenticated account holder enters their mobile number and checks the consent box shown above. Consent is never pre-checked and is required before any message is sent. A one-time verification code is then sent to confirm the number.
Message types: Transactional alert notifications, account messages, and one-time verification codes. Marketing messages are sent only if the separate, optional marketing box is also checked.
Message frequency: Varies based on account activity and alert events.
