iSpi provides AI-powered video analytics for healthcare and urgent-care facilities. We install on-site camera systems with on-device (edge) AI that measure patient flow and operational events, then notify staff in real time so they can respond quickly.
Edge-AI appliances paired with on-premise cameras, installed and configured at each facility. Video is processed locally on the device to measure activity in real time.
Automatic detection of waiting-room events — including “Left Without Being Seen” (LWBS), where a patient leaves before being treated — along with arrivals, treated exits, and occupancy trends.

How we communicate with customers
As part of the alerting service above, iSpi sends transactional SMS notifications to staff and managers who explicitly opt in from within their account. Messages relate to operational events at the customer's own facilities (for example, an LWBS event or a door-timing exception), account messages, and one-time verification codes.
- Opt-in is explicit: consent is never pre-checked and is required before any message is sent. See the SMS Opt-In & Consent page for the exact opt-in experience and program details.
- Frequency: varies based on account activity and alert events.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- Privacy: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
